Eminem: Recovery by Eminem was the Biggest Selling Album of 2010

Eminem has a new reason to be cheerful.

The rapper's comeback record, Recovery, was the top-selling album of 2010, according to Nielsen SoundScan numbers released Wensday.

The disc - which was the Stan hitmaker's sixth chart-topper - has shifted more than 3.4 millionsince its June relase.

Taylor Swift's third album, Speak Now, came in at No. 3 with 2.96 million in sales. Justin Bieber's My World 2.0 and Susan Boyle's The Gift came in fourth and fifth spots respectivly.

Lady GaGa's The Fame was named No. 6 with 1.6 million in sales, followed by Sade's Soldier of Love with 1.3 million.

Eminem - who has been single since splitting from his ex-wife Kimberly Scott - recently admittedthat his world wide fame makes it difficult to date.

"I have trust issues," he said. "With women, friends, whatever. You always wonder what their real motives are. I've got a small circle of friends I've known forever."
